Lunch Run & light evening workout

So far this year, I've run about a half dozen or so times leading up to Jason and I running Macaffe knob on Sunday. It was a good run albeit very icy. I've also done a sprinkling of upper body workouts in January but nothing to really write home about.

The Workout:
44 min running around Montford
2 sets 20 Judo Pushups
1 set 30 crunches
2 sets 30 situps
4 sets 30 sec hang on hangboard
1 30 second handstand intermittently against wall (working on hand balance)

I ran with John Ewing over lunch. We did several loops in the Montford area with many hills. I call it the AsheHill workout. We only ran for 44 minutes but I was glad to wrap it up.

At night, I did a light upper body workout in my living room.
